Next edition of our delayed blog coming up! Since the underfloor heating went down last week progress has slowed slightly, despite all the wood for the extension having now arrived in the yard. We managed to get a few of the wall panels up on the east extension which, although not much, really makes the area look like a proper building now! The window in the office has a fab view of the river!! Before we can progress much more we are still waiting to source a reclaimed red brick for the mill doorway and also still trying to resolved the remaining underfloor heating questions (I've learned much more than I ever wanted to know on this topic!). This week we also tried out some of the kitchen materials from Ashley Ann in the hope of picking the worktop and doors/trims. Unfortunately that proved to be too many decisions for one week therefore we've put that one off for another day!
